The working principle of automatic vacuum nitrogen filling and sealing machine

1. The cans filled by the filling machine flow into the turntable of the can sealing machine.

2. The capping machine starts to cap automatically.

3. Turn the turntable to the first knife pre-sealing.

4. Enter the vacuum chamber and vacuumize.

5. Controlled by the vacuum suction switching valve, nitrogen gas enters the vacuum chamber, and the nitrogen gas is sucked into the tank.

6. The jar with nitrogen goes into the second knife to tighten the seal.

7. Finished product output.
